Servo Paper Feeder

The paper feeding section adopts pure imported belts, which are extremely wear-resistant. Coupled with high-performance servo motor control to ensure the stability of paper output during high-speed operation

Push gauge position

The most advanced push-position system is adopted to ensure the accuracy and stability of high-speed fitting.

Fitting part

The upper and lower cutters of the roller are all equipped with wind-powered film suction, and are all controlled by servo motors. During operation, adjustments are made without stopping the machine according to the product size and film position. The bonding precision is controlled by photoelectric sensors

The Gluing Part

The rubber roller can be pulled out, making it easy to clean the glue. It can be partially glued according to the size of the product window, and the paper can be detected during operation.

The rubber roller can automatically rise and fall, and can be adjusted front and back and left and right without stopping the machine.
