This machine uses a 7-inch touch screen display and a main unit (PLC) to digitally adjust the length and quantity of the film.

Paper Feeder Part

The paper feeding section uses imported belts, which are extremely wear-resistant. Combined with high-performance servo motor control, it ensures stable paper output even at high speeds.

Push gauge position

The most common push position in the world is adopted to ensure the fitting accuracy.

Hob Cutting Film

The upper and lower cutters of the roller are all equipped with wind-powered film suction, and are all controlled by servo motors. During operation, adjustments are made without stopping the machine according to the product size and film position. The bonding precision is controlled by photoelectric sensors

The Gluing Part

The rubber roller can be pulled out, making it easy to clean the glue. It can be partially glued according to the size of the product window, and the paper can be detected during operation.

The rubber roller can automatically rise and fall, and can be adjusted front and back and left and right without stopping the machine.

Cut film adjustment

The machine patented technology can achieve ultra-low noise when cutting the film, and the film can be cut only when the thickness is less than 0.5mm.

Diaphragm indentation andcorner cutting

High-performance servo control is usedto perform corner cutting, indentation andpunching of the diaphragm. It cooperates withthe magnetic powder tension control systemto ensure stable servo film feeding, achievehigh-precision corner cutting and creasing,and perfectly operate corner cutting andcreasing products.

Film Cutting For Tissue Box etc.

The CAM structure is used to intermittently cut the box whose diaphragm needs to be opened (such as tissue box, etc.)
